Places to Visit

  • Chapultepec Castle

    Chapultepec Castle is located on top of Chapultepec Hill in Mexico City's Chapultepec park. The name Chapultepec is the Nahuatl word chapoltepēc which means "at the grasshopper's hill".

  • Lake of Chapultepec

    Chapultepec Lake is an artificial formation that was built in 1962 over a filled-in mining site. You can find several species of ducks there, and you can do kayaking, rowing, and other activities.

  • Angel de la Independencia

    The angel of Independencia, most commonly known as the El Angel is a victory column sitting on the main face of the base of downtown Mexico City. 

  • Soumaya Museum 

    The Soumaya Museum in Mexico city is one of the most famous museums with a great exterior architecture and some of the most jaw-dropping interior collections of arts. 

  • Palace of Bellas Artes 

    Also known as the Palace of fine arts or the Cathedral of Art, this place in Mexico city is an amalgamation of some of the most beautiful art pieces from history. It is also a home to the National museum of Architecture and the National Theatre.

  • Zocalo 

    This is the main square in Mexico city and the second largest square in the world located in the historical centre of the city.
